Systematic Kinesiology

Systematic Kinesiology is a holistic therapy that uses the body’s natural energetical biofeedback system to determine imbalances in the systems and organs, through muscle testing. A systematic kinesiology body balance will test 15 muscles, each muscle relates to an organ and each organ is associated with an emotion.
Kinesiology is the only modality to consider the whole person using an (MCPE) Mental, Chemical, Physical and energetical approach, an effective way to get to the root of the issue.

Mental/Emotional

Whilst the client may experience a physical pain there may also be an emotional aspect to their discomfort. A kinesiologist uses Bach remedies to help bring the emotions in to balance and uses Kinesiology techniques such as ESR (emotional stress release) to help release the energy blocks.

Chemical/Nutritional

If a muscle is out of balance, it may require some nutritional support. Food testing can help to establish if certain food/drinks are causing the body’s systems distress.

Physical /Structural

Each muscle has corresponding neuro-lymphatic points on the body and neuro-vascular points on the head. When the neuro-lymphatic points are rubbed this helps to clean the muscle.
The neuro-vascular points then stimulate the brain to send new blood to the organ to help revitalise and re-energise it.

Electrical/Energetic

We all have invisible energy lines (Meridians) running through our body. These energy pathways interconnect all parts of the body at an emotional, physical and spiritual level.

Kinesiology can help with:

Reflexology

Dating back to the 14th century Reflexology is a deeply relaxing therapeutic treatment which helps to bring the body and mind into balance, it is a safe, gentle, non-invasive therapy suitable for people of all ages.
The feet and hands are a reflex map of the entire physical system eg the great toe represents the brain/head area, the midsection of the foot / hand corresponds to the digestive organs etc. The therapist uses a creeper movement to apply pressure to the reflexes on the feet or hands, this helps to increase energy flow, improve lymphatic drainage and restore balance to the body and mind.

Reflexology can help with:

  • Helps relaxation
  • Improves Mood
  • Aids Sleep
