About

Hi, I’m Valerie McVeigh, for over 30 years I had the great privilege of working for some of the top charities in Northern Ireland in a fundraising capacity but in 2018 after my husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer, my career path took on a completely new direction.

I have always been an advocate of complementary therapies, kinesiology helped me manage digestive issues and sciatica and reflexology sessions helped improve my sleep and reduce my stress levels but it wasn’t until I had this intense period in my life that I truly appreciated the power of holistic/complementary therapies.
